3. Rights requests
We respond to valid data rights requests in line with legal deadlines, usually within one month unless a lawful extension applies.
To submit a request, contact Privacy@arthur-app.com. We may request information to verify your identity before processing the request.
4. Incident and breach handling
We maintain internal incident response procedures and assess each incident to determine whether notification to the ICO and affected individuals is legally required.
5. DPO status
We do not currently state that a formal Data Protection Officer is appointed. If this changes, this page will be updated.
